It’s Her Fault, You Say

"It's her fault", you say,
because if she didn't smile,
in such a nice way
he would have walked away.
Because if she didn't wear
such a pretty display,
he would not have seen her as prey.
Because if her clothes didn't convey,
that she seeks,
attention in every single way
he would have looked away.

Because boys will be boys
and men,
men will always be the same,
their reputations
we can not defame,
and their masculinity,
too fragile for this filthy game.

But women,
women are always to blame,
for the temptations
that men can not tame.
