I am already vegan.
I have been that way without meat for fourteen years.
Then came paleo
which means I eliminated grains, legumes and starches
without any tears.
Then came Jain
which means I eliminated root veggies and potatoes
without any fears.
Then came Daniel
which means meals are only fruits, veggies and seeds
for many years to come.
Now in my diet,
veganism, paleo, jainism, and Daniel
are all joining forces
to help me be thinner and more beautiful
than I am now.
I will stay that way until the day I die.
Now it's been a week, and I am vegan, paleo, jain,
and daniel all rolled into one.
The oly sources of cards, Protein, fats and calcium
in my new diet are
Hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds;
Olives, avocadoes, zucchini and squash;
broccoli, spinach, and leafy greens.
Oh yes! Nuts are NOT welcome!
I will stay that way for many years to come.
