Judgment Day

When I return, how can I face
The Lord our God,
Our saving grace?
Why, oh, why do I feel so odd?

These feelings, sweet feelings
That I can't explain.
I will be kneeling,
So I now know why the emotions remain!

Face to face with my Father,
His majesty on His throne.
The same God that made wine from water
And rolled away the stone.

Oh where, oh where
Shall I take my place?
Walking on air
And seeing what awaits?

On judgment day,
How will I know
What He will say, for He is the one that runs the show.

It is my hope, to be certain
To hear Him say, "Welcome home, my good and faithful servant."
