Just Breathe

Thought's some seem to crowd the mind,
Everlasting to let go losing track of time.

Take a pause draw on the deepest breath,
Calm our mind and spirit away from death.

All we need sometimes is breath of air,
And not a wall for which to sit and stare.

Don't dwell on mind like door and wreath,
Serenity we can grow if we just breathe.
