I am a Kaleidoscope
From where I don't all know
A mix of ancient lands
Where rivers now make roads

I am a Kaleidoscope
From all across the globe
With languages I do not speak
But know are in my soul

I am a Kaleidoscope
My colors interchange
The shape, the pattern,
width , and size
Never quite the same

Just as a Kaleidoscope
I have colors too
Buried deep within me
Hidden from your view

You cant see my roots
Or the culture in my blood
All you see is simply white
But your too quick to judge

We all have many colors
Rushing through our veins
That masterpiece inside us
That some call DNA

I am not just one
For I am made of many
No matter where I go
I’ll have my Kaleidoscope within me
