My heart plummets at the thought of you
Tragedy brings my hope for us to a crashing halt
I was placed here for you
I gave up everything for you
passion, love, and that tickling in my spine when you caress
my lips before a kiss
Brushing the hair out of my face
as I turn away to tear
Just the idea of being without you, pains
Thorns my gut
The crown of my love,
jewels crush my desire for anything else
Not just the moat to my castle
You're the gates that keep me tame
Guards that make me safe from battle
Soldiers that sturdy my shield
