Labor Pains

Labor Pains
March 29, 2018

When Earth goes into labor, and it’s water breaks, there’s a storm in the universe, and it came to shake. For Birth is not a calm occasion. It’s the demolition of the old, the earth moving of the new, and not apologizing for the abrasion.
Up in the sky, contractions bring rain. It’s the essence of life. Labor pains. Can you feel the stretching of the new? If it were to be gentle, it won’t change you. So accept it as a welcomed friend because it’s preparing you to begin again.
When your efforts are proven by your stretch marks, it remains a remainder that your storms were always smaller than their bark.
