Last Dance

Have lived for love all my life.
Raised four boys, four girls through the struggle and fight.
Spent days and nights on my knees working hard and
praying my kids do right.
All the years' work, sweat, blood,
and tears; made it through did the best I could, loved my
kids like any good mother would. Single mother most of my
life; eight kids, two fathers and the grace of GOD. Really
enjoyed watching All My Children and Young and the Restless.
It was the only soap that helped me clear my head. Like Calgon,
it took me away. Wasn't leaving the house until my episode
played. Those were the days! I have lived some wonderful years,
had a great life. Know that I love you, all my family and
friends, no room for sorrow; I'm going to miss you too, just
tears of joy as you celebrate my life. This will be my last
dance; no more pain, no more fight. Close your eyes with
me so that you can see, I'm ok; better now than I was before!
Dance with me, all the way home.
