Leading Me

Road leads me away.
Nay, leads me on my way.
On my way to?
Nay, on my way from and to?
From and to the distance.
Nay, from and to a place in the distance.
To a place in the distance,
of my mind and soul.
Nay, in the distance from my mind is my soul.
Nay, nay, nay, from my minded soul,
Is naught distance but, but a Road.
Ever-running, everlasting Road.
Lead me on my way.
On my way?
Nay, from my distant way.
From my distant way of mind and soul.
Road, ever-running, everlasting Road,
lead my mind and soul - Home!
Home is where?
Where my soul is led.
Where my soul is rested.
Where my faith rests my soul
in His peace.
