Left in the Dark

You always feel safe until you are in the dark,
Nothing, not even a light from a cell phone.
Shadows, shadows everywhere,
What was that moving in the air?
Creepy crawlers under your bed
Hear a creaky floor board,
You pray for the lord.
Whispers getting louder, you think it is in your head.
You feel that someone is watching you, better check your window.
It's getting late, better not hesitate, school tomorrow.
Better dream of a better dream,
you think that your mind is just trying to find a good laugh.
