Let Go, Hang On, Reach Out

It's in our nature to rule and dissect.
We take for granted our own affect.
We never inteded this type of neglect.
All we ever wanted was a little respect.

We can never forgive or forget.
It's safe to say we take and get.
The world has let and let
Just to take what we have set.

Though it's all unwanted.
It's something in us haunted.
No longer a question of what's wanted.
But a statement of what we have thats flaunted.

Take a stand and stop preaching.
The time now is for teaching.
Let out a hand for those teaching..
Learn to let go, hang on, reach out, and take in.
