I talk to God every day,
Every day I pray and say,
Thank You for being my rock,
Being with me even as I was the one to not obey.
I have soo many questions,
Questions on how to play my part,
My part in life is with effort,
Effort that wears out the body to restart.
Plenty of years and days I've been seeking,
Seeking for the resolution of my life,
Out In the wilderness I crawl,
Trying to escape from the carnivals of strife.
Many days I have longed for,
Longed for soo many years,
Seeking and keeping that joy,
That joy which only can bring out happy tears.
The sun begins to shine a bit,
My heart begins to scamper,
I see It's NOT what you don't have,
But all about what you're after.
