Life

So thick and warm as it leaves the body
The deep redness of its essence
The sight of it instils fear in many
But I can’t help but to smile
As the staining substance rushes for its victim
The draining of their hope and soul
Give everlasting life to mine
Never have I felt more alive then taking away the breath of many
The face they make when they know they no longer will be able to see the sun rise
Walk along the beach and then watch it set
Their happiness will no longer be
Because they will no longer be
The thought of that,
Oh, the thought of that, makes me almost want to do it again.
