Life Changing

Life Changing
The feelings I feel, they can’t be expressed,
They have me lost, confused and distressed.
Two separate sides have called out to me:
One raised by,
And one caused by thee.
Your voice as if silk, eyes as if crystical,
The atmosphere around you is soothing and mystical.
You make me laugh, chuckle, and smile,
For you, I'd even run a 100 mile.
I saw you whispering in my sister's ear,
Yet the words you spoke, I could not hear.
I saw what was coming, what was happening next,
Nevertheless, I was stunned and perplexed.
As if for a hour, a second went by,
There was no sound, just time on the fly.
My heart was racing, and yours probably was too,
My whole life had changed,
When you said, “I like you.”
