as i walk on the sidewalks of a city that is graced by the moon
i wonder how the days has become so gloom

i'm thinking about the past and how it affects me
the experiences that I've played since the age of 3

nobody knows the core of myself within
won't give it but will share to the beauty of a women

my present displays scratches, tears, and cuts that takes minutes to treat
from head to toe; between my chest and my knees

never perfect but my spirit has the pride to continue the fight
i will keep on living in front of the lights
