Like Destiny’s Child

Thoughts thus shadowed are but bye-gone in thy longing
My mind flickers like the bye-gone era of silent films
I linger on contemplating, wasting days away by this tranquil pond
There I go casting stones, skipping over thy mirrored reflection

Like Destiny's Child.

I have witnessed numberous stones to thee unknown drowning pool
Each relived,I beg thee carry thy sad thoughts onto summer winds
I walked alone with pride and contentment in thy soul never the less
I've stood anchored against tempest's fury raging of fate, I survived

Like Destiny's Child
