Lion-Hearted

You thought didn't you
You thought by creeping into my mind
That you had full control

You are the devil
You have won many wars before
But not with me

You will never win with me.
Because I refuse to lose the girl
Who picked weeds in the garden
Who held them in in her tiny hands

Told them that they too were beautiful
I refuse to let her go
Even though you wish I did
She is stronger than you anticipated

Isn't She?

Tougher than you thought
And oh how you thought
But you forgot one thing

She is lion-hearted
And she beat you to the ground

Merciless.
