Peering through the erie night, as it fills the room with star kissed darkness. I wonder if you see it too. The beautiful way the moon leans into my window and waves with its suttle rays, as if tempting me to run outside. Clearly you can not feel the sizzling silence that the cold winter has ushered into the room. The tingling loneliness that is the frost bit tears that linger on my face for far to long. Can you hear my heart break without you, even though it has been so long since your hand brushed the hair from my eyes in one last attempt to make me feel the warmth of your love. You tall dark empression lingers in my soul as I ache to feel everything I did way back then, yet love the somber that is the numbness that winter brings and I feel nothing at all. Not a kiss or a tall tale expression for your vivid face haunts my dreams anymore. And still I lay awake at night and Listen for you once more.
