Little monster.

By

This little monster, steals my peacefulness.
Taking what I did not know I had.

This little monster, whom no one saw,.
With unseen claws taking more than what was ever said.

This little monster with numbers.
Meaningless to those that didn't see.

This little monster stole what you forgot .
Than settlement for lungs to rot.

This little monster now most have witnessed.
Life has stalled, quite to the streets.

Even this little monster has robbed thin dreams.
I, we...
The little beast will not defeat.
Soon there will be more racquet than silence.
This little monster will pass.
I just want the memory to last.
