“Living a soul in a tiny hole”

In the hallows of the houses,
In the barrows of the trees,
You find me there,
You find me there.

Living a soul in a tiny hole,
Fearing of the world on the whole.
Thinking humans as friends,
Humming tunes of lovely ends.

Unknown to the cruel world,
Unknown to the humans.
Thinking only eagles are predators,
Unknown to the human predator.

Thinking only rain could destroy its nest,
But unknown to the harmful radiation-
which could destroy itself.
Living a soul in a tiny hole,
LIVING A SOUL IN A TINY HOLE.
