Lonely hugs
Lonely Hugs.
I hug myself, there’s no one here.
The hugs I get, lonely empty fear.
It’s been so long since I felt that safe,
With a warm and caring embrace.
Loved and held, strong arms around you,
Pulling you close, letting you cry,
Lifting you up.
Loving caring genuine, beautiful heart and soul.
