Look at me

Look at me... but don’t look at me
Look at me with your honey eyes, and your bright smile,
Look at me a bit... but don’t look at me
Because I deserve it,
I deserve nothing, nothing but repulsion.
Tell me that it’s not okay, yell at me
Because it hurts.
Your silence
Is killing me, little by little
Your only weapon against this war of feelings.
Tell me why I am hurt.
Am I the one who have to end this?
Why am I perplexed?
A dilemma that burns my soul.
Shining but agonizing,
Hurting but surprising,
It does not bother you
But you can’t still look at me.
Look at me my love,
Look at me, I begged you.
One last time before I leave...
