Looking in a Mirror

When I look at myself, what should I see?
Look at my imperfections staring at me?
Look at my nose that's too big for my face?
Look at my eyes that aren't in the right place?
Look at my teeth, that I wish were straight?
Look at my height, look at my weight?
All of these things I'm told not to ignore
But are these the things I should be looking for?

Is my reflection enough for me?
Will I ever love what I see?
Others can tell you your validation,
But only you can love your own creation
So do I love what I see?
Or do I want to change what's looking at me?
