Losing Touch

I don't keep in touch.
I know I don't call.
I keep myself in a pouch.
Without you, I've always felt like I would fall.

I should be closer to you, this I know.
Not keeping in touch with you is low.
You mean the world to me.
It's hard to just let things be.

I'm afraid to get close for fear of losing you.
For all eternity, with all my being, I will always love you.
