Lost In Storm

I feel waves crashing our ship.
Like passion in physical form,
It’s vivid expression knocking me out.
Swaying had never seemed deadly before.

The blinking of the sky and my eyes -
The thunder of clouds and my mind -
Blindly grasping the seas salt worn rail.
Spinning. Swaying. Is no one else live?

Through the rain binding my lashes,
The cloth of her clothes clinging her form.
Denial chants through my head
As her eyes meet mine through the storm.

Quivering voice grows as she turns,
The swirling waves unforgiving below.
My screaming's drowned. Times tuning out!
Then the worlds upside down, as down she is thrown.
