Love letter that fell through the cracks of heartbreak
Your words reconstruct the very structure of my heart, hear me when I whisper your name when asked what could be more beautiful than the moon or what shines better the glisten of an ocean with waves that whither against the rays of the sun, you’re the answer I have always had on the tip of my tongue, in your eyes I see unwritten poetry. Perhaps the problem is the mirrors who have not have broken in submission when your mind paints over what your eyes first chose then your eyes close. Closed lids yet the truth shimmers and the truth is wet, when will you learn? When will you see that the sky cracks open at night to bear itself to you? When will you see that my heart breaks open and lies bear, shards of light awaiting your touch. I wonder what would happen if you opened your eyes.
