make yourself a tea and leave.

By Bella

cotton candy memories
start flowing down my dreams
reminding me of what life is and what it seems to be
nostalgic temptations start dancing on my tongue
sunset rosy cheeks
life’s in pink engulf me
good times are made of stone
and urges of letting go
heartbreaks are getting old
as the nights are getting cold
i don’t mind the waiting
it only burns cause you left me
leave your hurt at the door
come with me and you won’t be in pain anymore
sparkles dust my insides
as you approach my left side
whispers enter my head
reminding me to leave him
i don’t want you to get the idea
that you are what keeps me here
i don’t want to be alone
but i don’t want you inside my home
so if you will please make yourself a tea and leave
