Mama’s an Angel Now

Tired years of tending to her own
God has finally called Mama home
Her lined face of years
Shared happiness and tears

Her life on earth was short but long
God had seen her struggle along
Her strength came from God above
Weak from sharing all her love

Remember Mama's love and grace
The smile upon her face
Wet kisses,warm hugs, and care
Mama had alot to share

Mama's an Angel now, golden wings achieved
Comforting our hearts as we grieve
We must let her go and let her fly
With other Angels in the sky

Mama's an Angel now, golden wings achieved
Sharing her love with what she believed
Upon Heaven's golden Streets
Mama walks with lighter feet
