Me

I reminisced on,
the times,
the lies,
the cries,
deep sighs,
rolled eyes,
hateful goodbyes,
envious eyes,
When you did not provide to me the love I have inside,
And you tried to deny my pride,
As I flowed with your tide,
And as a result my soul almost died,
So you talked,
and hypocrite walked,
recognized my faults,
Left my mind distraught, and purposely mistaught,
As I laid within your drought,
But my strength wouldn't let you break me,
So I picked up my heart and walked.
