On nights as this,
darkness encompassing my body,
like a cool, silky shawl;
slowly, smoothly caressing me.
As the airs long, wispy fingers frantically search my senses,
I breath you in the dark stillness,
a delectable sweetness;
traveling through every core and fiber of my being.
The sensually soft aura of the moon;
sinuously slips under my trembling skin;
sending incomprehensive bursts of soothing warmth throughout.
Dreams sent through pathways of celestial lights,
my body erotically floating,
levitating in the black, brilliant midsummer skies....
And I miss you,
as the dark cloak of these summers eves slowly fades into sunlight.
