Midnight Woman;

Midnight Women;

If midnight were a woman
so dark would be her eyes,
two stars with staring brightness
that lit the midnight skies.

The backdrop to her beauty
black velvet is her hair,
smooth to touch like silk
that gives the night its dare.

Her lips would be like clouds
a taste like morning mist,
a soft and sensuous feeling
I long for just one kiss.

Her voice speaks like the wind
a breeze that keeps me warm
on any given night
could easily rage a storm.

Her soul is like the fog
that rises trough the light,
like air one can not see
not there but there all night

I see you when I'm half
from night till almost noon,
I see you when I'm full
you see I am the moon

All is just a thought
imagining a sight,
If midnight were a woman
I'll be your moon all night-RF
