There is a jellyfish in my toaster
I wish it would just go away
'Cause it keeps me from eating my breakfast
The most important meal of the day

He just sits there all day like a bagel
He's really not much of a thrill
He won't even get a job part time
To pay his share of the electrical bill

I can never just have a hot waffle
Or make a nice, fresh piece of toast
'Cause whenever I turn on my toaster
He complains that he's going to roast

So I put down my chocolate chip waffle
And ask him if he is for real
"It's not my fault you're in my toaster
Every time it is time for a meal"

But after a while of thinking
I realize that what I like most
Is a cupful of juice with some bacon
And a slice of fresh jellyfish toast
