Mind Talk

Be brave
Take a stand against your brain
God speaks through beautiful music
While the flowers are silent
Earthly things can be deceiving
Don’t stop growing here and now
The music plays on and on
God whispers the pathways
To the ways home
Your brain twists and turns exquisitely
A delicate villain
When the music roars not so peacefully
Ride with the hurricane’s waves
Find God in the rain
His tears go over the storm
“I weep for all hurting Spirits,”
He cries in the chaos
Let Him worry for you
An expert of reframing the suffering,
The hurt walk in His light
Singing a sad tune,
Your brain works like this
Next time your song turns upside down,
Just start believing in God’s Love
