mischievous rain

“Ah” cried mom
I squealed instead,
To tease ones mom
Is bad to do,
But when it starts pattering
What can I do.

Moms run was followed by me
Rain drops were falling from tree.
Very mischievous rain, isn’t it?
I agreed to mom about it.

It hasn’t even drizzled once
Giving me at least a chance,
The nicely put dry garments
Became dirty and damp,
All this due to the pity rain
Which came very abruptly.

Abruptly it came
Just to give surprise,
Don’t be offended
It’s only its style.
