Misery's Disguise
I hide the pain with lies
Behind a mask for the loneliest eyes
As I look in the mirror my heart now cries
For thoughts of sadness with many failed tries
Little by little my heart slowly dies
I am no better nor more wise
But I prevail because I tell no lies
I seek help as I speak to the skies
Finally I'm free my soul now flies
Behind a mask for the loneliest eyes
As I look in the mirror my heart now cries
For thoughts of sadness with many failed tries
Little by little my heart slowly dies
I am no better nor more wise
But I prevail because I tell no lies
I seek help as I speak to the skies
Finally I'm free my soul now flies

This sat in my room for several years and so many people would want to copy or write it down. I thought it was worth sharing.
