We All Bleed The Same
I see war and I see fights
A constant battle day and night
I see bloodshed without an aim
And the blood spilt is the same
I fail to see why there is so much turmoil
When we are all born of the same soil
But of course people fail to see that
They only see the world in white and black
They see gender , they see race
Their definition is based on the colour of their face
They see faith and they see religion
It’s to these superficial things that they pay attention
Why are we surrounded by so much hate
Why is everyone hell bent to discriminate
When we are still flesh and bones
And in our veins the same blood flows
And when there are wars and when there’s strife
And when there are fires that ignite
When there are thousands that are slain
The blood spilt is the same
