Moods

I love when you tell me you love me,
When you're in that mood.
When you think everything is perfect
And we're perfectly in love.
I get so drunk off your love,
I sip on each caress and drown in your affection
But when you sober up,
When you're no longer in that mood and I am,
You act like we're not in love at all.
Like I'm the one who's obsessed,
Like you don't feel the same way.
Am I only yours when convenient?
When you need to know someone cares?
You make me feel like I'm too sensitive
Like I don't have a reason to be in love
So I start to believe it,
So that becomes my image.
I'm too sensitive
And you're only my lover
Behind closed doors.
