Moon

Flagship of the night
Rise slowly, sing
sweetly cast your voice
softly over this
land may my people be
as gentle as you are
oh I know you've seen
your share of war
I can tell by the
craters that mar
your face
in your ancient brow
I know you too
have a dark side
we would need to
travel far to
find it and if we
did you would hide
us from ourselves
