Mother’s Day

There's no magic
Like that of a mother's
Loving and nurturing
Sisters and brothers
Always there
Through thick and thin
Always proud
For a loss or a win
Chasing away
Scary things in the dark
Holding their hands
For walks in the park
Watching them grow
As the years go by
Sometimes she smiles
Sometimes she cries
Even through Hell
She has been dragged
But she's forever there
To get my back
