My Ally, My Enemy

I stare at the sky
the world seem so small
T stare at the sky
overwhelmed by it all
I fall to my knees
just beyond reach
of the shawdowry existence
I once seeked
I look at the clouds
the chariot to the heavens
I embrace the winds
and it's power of seven
I cling to life
and all it's great wonders
I bond with death
with blunder after blunder
my worse enermy
is beating at my door
my closes ally
seems to be no more
in every direction
all things are a blur
I try to focus
but my mind seem to soar
I can't comprehend
this state of being
my mind is confused
yet with sanity I cling
this is too surreal yet real as can be
that my worse enermy is no one but me
