My Darling Wife

I loved you more than you will ever know,
and It is hard for me to now let you go.
Every where I look I see your sweet smiling face,
and at night I miss the warmth of your once loving embrace.
I lost my soul mate; the love of my life.
I lost every reason for my living when I lost you my darling wife.
The bed feels empty, the house so cold,
It isn't fair we were supposed to grow old.
Sometimes I feel angry, sometimes sad,
I just miss so terribly the love that we had.
I shed tears every second of everyday,
I just can't get this searing heartache to go away.
If God allowed visitations I would already be there,
but I will see you again someday my darling to this I do swear.
