My Dragon

She is my dragon.
I keep her in her cage.
She doesn't like it.
I can feel her rage!
I'm finished with that chapter.
Severely burned, I turn the page.

She is my dragon.
I thought that she loved me?
But, now i'm starting to see.
That's just part of this horrible disease!
She has cut me down.
I was brought to my knees!
I cried out loud!
Begging please oh please!
Couldn't stop the sting
From a thousand bees!
Just give me the forest.
For all of her trees.
With her gone,
I'm finally free!
So i'll lock her up.
And throw away the keys!
She is my dragon.
