My Fake Smile
Everyone carries their phone,
and I carry my smile.
Everything in my life is gone;
Even then I am so agile.
My life will not sustain;
In the absence of yours.
By hurting me what you gain?
I shall be only yours.
In the shadow of darkness,
I wait for a sun ray.
When I see you in sadness;
Just for you, I pray.
I know you are not mine,
and you love someone else.
But I am fine,
Since I like noone else.
While seeing you with another girl,
I just wore a fake smile.
Everyone carries a phone,
And I carry my smile.
and I carry my smile.
Everything in my life is gone;
Even then I am so agile.
My life will not sustain;
In the absence of yours.
By hurting me what you gain?
I shall be only yours.
In the shadow of darkness,
I wait for a sun ray.
When I see you in sadness;
Just for you, I pray.
I know you are not mine,
and you love someone else.
But I am fine,
Since I like noone else.
While seeing you with another girl,
I just wore a fake smile.
Everyone carries a phone,
And I carry my smile.
