My husband My sister

I stood there and watched him kiss her lips
Watched him as a he wrapped his arms around her hips
He was my husband, he was my man
My eyes saw this but I didn't understand
I thought we had 10 years of wedding bliss
What in the world did I miss
My stomach was in knots and my mouth was dry
Tears fell down my cheeks and all I could do was cry
All the years we had I watched wither away
My vows said til death did us part but I couldn't stay
Not knowing how he looked at her in that way
He was my husband but she was my sister
You should have seen the way he kissed her
I called his name and they both turned around
She had a look of shock on her face
He smiled at me and I felt out of place
10 long years of being a good spouse
All along this was who he was sneaking in my house
That look was not a look of new relationships
This look was one that had been for sometime
My sister had been sleeping with him the whole time
After calling his name I had nothing to say
This marriage was over I couldn't stay
I thought we had 10 years of wedding bliss
What in the world did I miss
