My Kids

My kids are colorful
They remind me of turquoise and magenta
One child likes magenta, and her favorite food is polenta
My kids are bright; they like to play in the light at night
They sing and dance their songs all night long
They call my name throughout the day, while they play in the hay
My little one's tooth is loose, said the old, fat goose
They drive me crazy, and they sure are lazy
I do love them; they sure are sweet when I give them special treats
