My medicine wakeup call

My mind whirling, can't think straight, need a break, must ignore that one screaming voice that has me chasing a ghost, can't do this anymore, for I have walked a million miles, cried just the same in search of her
whereabouts, no more, not with me on the brink of losing my mind, my brain hurts with exhaustion, I really must learn to let go, since her exact unknown place of residence may require a miracle, for they all whisper saying my love has since fled the coupe, yet, I unwilling to relinquish her long absence, left with this unresolved dark aching affliction in my chest, no doubt her having heard my pleading voice voice against deaf ears.
