my small piece of perfection
A strip of hair delicately falls out of place,
As if pointing toward your freckles,
The universe that's displayed on your flushed cheeks.
The moon would be proud to call you his,
And so would I.
Your body moves gracefully through the crowed,
Dancing with such confidence, such a free soul.
I watch as you watch the world,
with such detail.
from the thin grass to the planes that fly above us.
You see it all as I see you.
Beautiful.
As if pointing toward your freckles,
The universe that's displayed on your flushed cheeks.
The moon would be proud to call you his,
And so would I.
Your body moves gracefully through the crowed,
Dancing with such confidence, such a free soul.
I watch as you watch the world,
with such detail.
from the thin grass to the planes that fly above us.
You see it all as I see you.
Beautiful.

Have you ever met someone who makes everything magical? Even when there's nothing to do but watch the world around you.
