My Spirit

I smile at my spirit,
As she passes on by.
She refuses to look at me,
And I begin to cry.
She has left me here,
All on my own,
To try and fix myself.
Down to the bone.
I know what I must do,
I know what I must learn.
I need to find myself,
In order for her return.
It'll be a long journey,
And a mighty climb.
But before I know it,
I'll be there in no time.
