My Thoughts

By

The moment the quarantine
started the world seemed
like it STOPPED.
I figured this was the time to have
time alone with my thoughts.
The world was very slow and
I realized that I can rediscover
myself.
It was important that I re-learn
the art of relaxing and resting.
Due to the chronic tension and
worrying.
I was unhappy to hear that the
virus was spreading and people
were dying.
All I was doing was praying
and crying.
I could not allow myself to be
a victim.
I knew better days was on the way.
My hope is the only thing stronger
than fear.
I thought to myself after
quarantine there is another
year.
