My heart's whispers turn to screams And it speaks to me
This is my failed life My lost existence
A good friend who won't be there at the end
A man I can never have
Visions of life we once shared
Fade away into the darkness of despair
Hope burns slowly Soon to be ashes at my feet
Carried away by the Winds of Lost Memories
His gentle laugh His kind face
The light in his eye The way he looked at me
Our warm embrace
So many simple cherished Moments
They all haunt me
Yet only in my dreams
Dreams...The light between you and me
The short-live antidote to our harsh reality
Your kiss
No kiss will ever be like your kiss
I have lost my companion my champion
I have lost the love of my life
There is nothing I can say
Nothing I can do To bring about the change
The redraft of our painful fate
Except to put on a good face
And rage against the days
This is my grim truth
My heart's screams turn to tears
